 We provide on-site support throughout Erie and Niagara Counties.

 Most repairs take between 1 - 3 hours to straighten out, and our rate for general troubleshooting is $120 Hour with a $50 Trip Charge. 

 We charge the same rates as our Plumber. One hour minimum.

 System Optimization – Speed up your system with registry cleaning, temp file reduction, startup configuration and defragmentation. Will speed up your system.

 Software Installation – We will install software for you, like Anti-virus, anti-spyware, imaging, office software and games. (software not included).

 Memory Installation / Upgrade – Improve the speed of your computer with more RAM..

 Drive Installation – Add new drives for more capabilities - CD, DVD or HD storage.

 Advanced Network Troubleshooting – Problems with file and print sharing / workgroups / domain? No problem, we will set your system up and customize it for you.

 Backup – Backup all your important data to external device or DVD's. Set up redundancy with RAID setup. Hard drives fail regularly, don't risk losing your important data!

 Learn to use Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint - Excel - Word - and Outlook. Learn to browse the internet using Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. Also, we will set you  up with an email account and give you simple instructions on how to check it.

 

 Advanced Training:

Help you to get more out of your computer than you thought possible.

 Learn to create and share information including: PDF, slideshows, music playlists, and YouTube videos.

 Also, we can teach you how to create a web site to share your photos or create a blog.

 

 Specialized Program Training:

Tell us what program you would like to learn, and what you would like to do with it and we will have one of our computer experts help you to do what you want to do with it.

 

Websites  

 We will design a web site for your company and setup your hosting and email. Prices start as low as $400 - including custom illustration/logo design. We will build the site for  you and teach you how to modify/update it yourself for $200/hour.
